The entrance gate was damaged two weeks ago and there has been no movement to have it repair, there was a shooting in one of the buildings a week ago. Security seems to be low priority. Inside apartments are nice but the outsides are dirty and no attempts to clean, pressure wash. Parking is an issue. with broken down cars sitting for weeks taking up space and persons utilizing. handicapped parking illegally. The leasing office ladies are so nice and caring. the apartments are nice over here and maintence are very quick.
Sense I've moved moved in there has been issues with the a/c unit I've had to sleep a couple of nights in a hot apartment and still is not fixed so now I they put window a/c unit. The front gate is still not fixed.its summer and the pool is not available still.the parking is crazy you don't have assigned parking there are vehicles that don't move at all in parking spots making people park at other apartments just to be able to park.Also the apartment in front there truck got broken into stole everything out of it .
