Worst letting agent they will not respond to your mail and anything landlord Deducted £450+. I asked agency to share the photos of the before and after I moved in. But those ppl are not responding to any email. Please choose wisely before going any property managed and letting by this company. And properties will be too worst you will regret after moving they will say they ll fix once we move but it ll not happen. I’m the 2nd customer who faced this issue from the agency.
