First time using the Lettering Machine, and it was a very easy process! I ordered 18 pieces of different polo-shirts, quarter-zips, and full-zip outerwear. Quality of the product was great as was the embroidery. Glad to have found a local company to supply my business with a product I'm proud to wear. Will certainly use them again and I absolutely recommend them to others!
