September 2023 my business bought set of commercial wooden doors from fortress door (owned by the Lester group) for us to install for our customer. the doors arrived with a manufacturing defect inside where internal parts would be installed. we couldn't see the defects until they were already installed and then wouldn't function properly. so they remanufactured the doors and said they would be delivered the next week. we scheduled for an employee to accept the delivery as we didn't want the delicate unsealed interior wooden ... read more
