It is never easy to place a loved one in a Memory Care/ALF center.The process in the beginning is stressful , you question yourself for any decision you make. Lenox on the Lake and the staff is so caring and made this my MIL'S forever home.There really are too many people to thank that help her every day. They are a blessing for her and my family. Each time I leave after a visit I can leave knowing she is being cared for with love and compassion. Thank you to everyone at Lenox !
Food is terrible. Care is substandard. They serve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as an alternative every day or grill cheese and tomato. They are really mistreating the residents unless under survey

"My father recently moved into Lenox on the Lake and I cannot express how pleased we are with the experience. The transition was incredibly smooth and stress-free, which was such a relief for our whole family.
