We stayed for a cozy fall getaway and LOVED the Constance! Staff was so friendly and helpful, our room was clean and cozy, and the grounds are beautiful. Loved being a few minutes walk into the heart of Lenox, we’ll dream about it until we can come back!
We visited Lenox for two nights on our annual leaf-peeping trip to New England. Logan greeted us warmly upon arrival, setting a welcoming tone. I stayed for 3 nights in the queen loft room and loved it! It was perfect for a short solo trip. The little loft itself was a cool hangout spot to read/draw, and the rest of the room was cozy. Being on the third floor and in the front corner of the building probably prevented me from hearing any other guests because I didn't hear ANYTHING at night it was great. The Constance (Lenox Collection) was a huge letdown. The decor is sadly outdated, with dirty carpets, creaky beds, and paper-thin walls. Our room had constant water sounds from pipes II the room running along the ceiling, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Bathroom was shockingly small. Breakfast? Barely edible. Worse, when my husband tested positive for COVID and we had to leave early, the hotel manager, blaming the owners still enforced their strict 2-week cancellation policy—no refund, no credit, no exceptions.
