as always the office and maintenance are 1st class
I'm really enjoying my apartment and living here at the Lenox. Everyone has been very nice from management, maintenance and my neighbors. I want to give a special thank you to the manager, Jessica who really took the time and the patience in helping me throughout the whole new resident process. She has been my Angel. Kim, the assignment manager has been helpful as well. Maintenance does a great job with this property. Thank you all, Ms. Dee (DP)
Most of the time I never have a problem with Maintenance. They came twice for obviously the same reason, the kitchen sink and bathroom sink keeps clogging up. Fixed both time which is not hard at all. The only thing I had a problem with is the paint on my door. I mean if your going to paint over a door at least do it right. I work at the college and we paint over a 1oo doors a floor, so trust me I know a rush job when I see one. That would've cost me my job, so please in the future do it right. I advise anyone who is considering this apartment complex as a place of residence to reconsider! While the landscaping is well kept the living units are infested with bugs( mainly German roaches) and if you live on the first floor you may wake up with sewer water covering your floor! This place isn’t worth half the price for the problems that they haven’t fixed since the two years I’ve been a resident!
