It's been 5 years since this building was 'completed' and the waterfront section remains unfinished. It's a shame because I imagine it would've been quite nice if it was ever finished, but it currently looks rather derelict. At least the outdoor parts are accessible.

To all vehicle owners, DO NOT move in to this building! I regrettably signed a 12 month lease and I am forced to use the APS (Automatic Parking System). My god, it is a completely useless system where the contant breakdowns is hilariously crazy, except im not laughing. You will not be able to retrieve your vehicle when you need it. You will recieve emails at often peak times saying your car is stuck, Sorry! The staff will not care and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. If you enjoy having your car stuck 2 to 3 times a week and consistently have to worry about whether you will be to able to leave at the time you intend to, move in! You'll love it! The cherry on top is, if you don't park using the automated parking system because of the extreme unreliability of the system, you'll get a parking breach notice! How cool is that! If you don't value your time, this place is perfect for you!
