Had a medicine review and an asthma review with Mr Singh (pharmacist) today. He is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. He never rushes you and makes you feel heard. He ensures that you have a full understanding of all your medications and gives you clear current advice that relates to your situation. An amazing practitioner!
I have been to Lennard Surgery a handful of times but every single time, without fail, has been a really comfortable, friendly and reassuring experience. Not only do I find it possible to get quick appointments, even though I call and then can be in a long queue of callers but still get a same day appointment, whenever I am then at the surgery, the doctors are brilliant. They are informative and efficient but also really friendly and understanding, which is really reassuring when you have concerns over health.
I had an extremely pleasant experience when attending my appointment with Nikki. Bloods taken without a problem and practically with my not noticing. She was also kind enough to arrange my diabetic review for the same day that I have a doctor’s appointment with Dr Vassallo.
I have been seeing dr vassalo for a while now and she is just what you want in a dr! She listens, she gives great advice and just an all round lovely dr and lady. Although sometimes it’s annoying having to wait on the phone for a while to get through, the reception staff are always so lovely and helpful I don’t think they get enough credit! I’ve been at a few surgeries around the area and I would say by far this is the most welcoming helpful and lovely dr surgery I have been to!
