I had issues with a major appliance that was serviced and continued to have problems. It got to the point where the outside contractors would not show up and said they did, etc. The manufacturer would not help. Jay & Becky are amazing. They let me know from day 1 that this manufacturer was very slow and to expect a longer wait. It took nearly a year but Becky provided updates consistently and they were finally able to get the manufacturer to take care of this issue. Would definitely recommend.

The team at the lemon lawyer is superb: Becky and Jay are incredibly professional, very knowledgeable in their fields, and have an obvious passion for the work they do. It was a pleasure working with them after my personal laptop for college had major defects. They jumped right in, ready to help, and resolved my problem without issue. I can't recommend them enough!

Both Jay & Becky are absolutely amazing. I never had to chase them for an answer. They really do care about their clients. Once I submitted my claim with them things really progressed quickly. I highly recommend their services.

I hired Jay Schrecengost after a 2-week old major appliance stopped working, the manufacturer spent a month trying to fix it and refused to replace it because their only obligation was “to fix it.” After looking at my documentation of the purchase and repair attempts, Jay explained that this case violated California’s Lemon Law and got to work. I got a fancy Eight Sleep electronic bed and the company totally screwed me when it broke late last year. They had no repair options (which I was pretty sure was a violation of CA lemon law) and only offered a slight discount on a new bed. I contacted the Lemon Lawyer by phone and Jay offered to contact Eight Sleep over email. A few weeks later, I got a full refund! To Jay and the team - thank you so much!!
