Amazing experience with Becky and Jay. Its very frustrating when you buy a nice new car and it ends up not working the way it should. But they take care of everything. I only had to provide all documentation. Great communication. Very pleased with the outcome. If process is long is because manufacturers make it long, the lawyers always moved fast. Definitely recommend Becky and Jay.

I had issues with a major appliance that was serviced and continued to have problems. It got to the point where the outside contractors would not show up and said they did, etc. The manufacturer would not help. Jay & Becky are amazing. They let me know from day 1 that this manufacturer was very slow and to expect a longer wait. It took nearly a year but Becky provided updates consistently and they were finally able to get the manufacturer to take care of this issue. Would definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure working with them after my personal laptop for college had major defects. They jumped right in, ready to help, and resolved my problem without issue. I can't recommend them enough!
