I just had the opportunity to share Rand as both the Seller's and Buyer's real estate agent. I was the buyer and Rand was spectacular in exchanging information with the Seller in a timely fashion, expediting our purchase for a second home in Hurricane, Utah. We had the fun task of selling a house and buying a house at the same time. Shayli was stellar at working with the agent helping us sell our other house, our lender, and the seller's agent for the house we were buying to ensure that we had the best experience possible even with juggling everything.
