This is an updated review, we've been here for a little over a year now and we have to say we love it here! Cody, the manager is so welcoming and friendly and will quickly handle any issues that may arise. The new maintenance team, Martin & James are so great and friendly also, they are quick to fix things and keep our grounds and pool sparkling clean! The complex is very quiet and safe, we've never had any issues! We plan to stay here a long time! 🫶
Lived here in 02/2021-03/2022 The place was dirty when I moved in. Footsteps on the floor. The management back then refused to clean it up properly. Dead cockroaches along with their faeces were painted over. Even an unwrapped condom in one of the cabinets weren't removed and painted. The place was infested with cockroaches. I saw them every day. Was unlucky to have junkie neighbours behind the wall, weed and crack smell sipped through the AC ventilation.
Cody is a great manager, the new maintenance guy's are fast & efficient very polite takes care of what is broken, the new place is clean from the dumpster to washateria, parking lot. It's a great place to live
