Posting on another account to give an update on my experience here... Still haven't had pest control come by or had any real meaningful communication with Maria Sanchez regarding my tub resurfacing. Still using my own money to buy roach bait and traps on top of the 6 dollars a month I've been paying for pest control to this apartment complex. Tuve muy mala experiencia en estos apartamentos , cuando vas por primera vez i. haces el contrato es un precio de , ya depues va incrementando i te cobran mas de lo que decia en el contrato vas i reclamas i dicen que ellos no pueden hacer nada cuando estaba el señor jaime ,te cobran muy cara la azeguranza del apartamento , pero si uno necesita un servicio no lo hacen , igual mi carro se lo llevo 2 veces la reca me cobraron $350 i tambien segun ellos no es problemas de ellos si cuando recien llegas te piden que registres tu c... read more
the surface in my home is nobody coming nobody they be attention to as. why because the management in the office is they cannot see. they are job.
New management is vastly ineffective, been living here for three years and just now having problems with hot water, cockroaches, laundry mat not working, maintenance takes forever, and then when confronting management about the ever changing parking situation, she lost her temper and tried to charge my family more money out of pocket to live there. Moving at the end of lease, this place was tolerable with Cody and now this new lady wants to watch the apartments burn with her nasty attitude
