LOWC is a really friendly club, open to everyone. The coaching is great, suitable for all levels and allows you to really advance at your own pace. If you want to try Olympic lifting, this is the place to come.
Amazing weightlifting facility in Leicester! I joined as a complete beginner and found the club extremely welcoming and encouraging from the first session. All the coaches are extremely passionate about the sport and are committed to progressing every member/athlete regardless of ability. Thank you to the head coach, Kristaps, and assistant coaches at LOWC for all the help and guidance.
