Wish I could give no stars at all…my husband got his first buzz cut at this shop last month and had a good result. Today i told him to go to the same place again and im very frustrated. He told me 1st barber taking care of him apparently kept going in and out to the backroom then another barber came to help…i mean seriously?!! U need 2 barbers for a BUZZ CUT?! Not just that but he came home with a rash on his scalp!
I had a really disappointing experience here. I showed the barber a picture of what I wanted, but he was unprofessional and the haircut looked nothing like the photo. To make matters worse, he wouldn't let me see the progress in the mirror during the haircut. Once he was completely finished and finally showed me, I told him I wasn't happy and asked him to fix it by cutting a bit more. He refused unless I paid extra money. Extremely unprofessional service—I do not recommend.
Wish I could rate them higher but made an appointment, showed up on time and the establishment was closed. When I texted the automated appointment reminder text, it immediately cancelled my appointment. Pro tip- when you book online there's an option to prepay-DONT! This was my experience at the 153rd location in Burien.
