Looks like part of our rent this month is going toward port-o-potties. Yes, they have provided us with nasty port-o-potties in lieu of running water. I wrote the rest of the review before getting annoyed at being ever-so generously provided with port-o-potties, and I’ll leave it as is, which is as unbiased and fair of a review as I could put out. Be aware! - Mark my words, water issues are constant and they cheap on the fixes. There will be issues with water *at least* 3 times per year and they do not send timely warnings and you MUST have reserve water to shower, flush toilets, etc because you never know when water goes out. But, year around they will send extremely annoying emails and texts every month reminding everyone about rent payment and consequences of not paying rent on time. We’ve lived here for about 4-5 years, and recently moved into one of their updated units, and we couldn’t be happier. Ms. Annette and Ms. Samantha are attentive, responsive, and genuinely want you to have a good experience here. I absolutely recommend.
