I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone about a Major problem that has forced my Fiancé to leave her unit for the weekend because there is No gas in the Unit!!!! Y?
Kept deposit for months, delayed agreed upon move in date with constant excuses and never ended up getting the unit.
worst apartments ever.. the roaches are very bad and they dont do anything about it, i keep my place very clean sonit has to be my neighbors.i been calling down complaining about my air for months and they still havent fixed anything. my apartment is so hot i dont even want to be in here. they tell you anything just to get off the phone with you. i had squirrels in my wall and they took foreever to deal with that. this place is garbage.
Just want to send a shoutout to my girl Vash in the office !! She is so patient and THOROUGH!! You can come in there on 10 and she’ll look at you like “it’s okay take your time now talk to me “ , she makes sure she gets down to the problem with any documentation needed for you !! Talk to Vash if you have any issues with them !
0/10 Don’t recommend these apartments!! Whole apartment building flooded BAD, never got down to the root problem they just patched everything back up!! Mold in the walls and inside kitchen cabinets. Maintenance team 0/10!!! I Only stayed here for 3 months and had to move save your time & money fr!!
