0/10 Don’t recommend these apartments!! Whole apartment building flooded BAD, never got down to the root problem they just patched everything back up!! Mold in the walls and inside kitchen cabinets. Maintenance team 0/10!!! I Only stayed here for 3 months and had to move save your time & money fr!!
The trash is not welcoming at all who wants to live like/or around this mess.
Eugene had came in my apartment today with top care about my heat going out. Eugene was excellent and handled everything with care and didn't rush anything. I would love him to come again if I have another issue.
This place played me so bad. They changed my move in date 3 times. By this time I had to move out of my house. Had my entire house packed and ready. By the time I could reach anyone in the office, the entire staff was fired. The new office lady act like she would help me until I came with my money order of a 1000 to move in. I told her I needed that back. She told me to call the cooperate office. I left messages and emails to everybody in that office and no one returned my calls! I really love the new renovation.whenever something needs to be done it gets done on time.I especially love the maintenance guy Larry Williams nice guy always greets with a smile well mannered young man and very reliable.I really hate that they let him go he was one of the best they had
