Management is not responsive to resident concerns. Despite being a 62+ apartment building, there are families with small children living here. There were no instructions on how to use the garage door, how to answer the outside door, and what happens if you get locked out.
Horrible staff. No concern for tenants. Charges hidden fees to seniors. Doesn’t take care of property or respond to requests
