They have Rat problems in the garage chewing up car fues/wires in the engine, idk if this building is aware of it. Dealership quoted 10,000$ to replace wiring harness on my toyota chewed by rodents. whenever theres no parking in the street (which is always full), the second option is the garage. i'd stay away from parking garage, on top of that the smell you gotta deal with dumpster not getting cleaned and sanitized which attracts the rodents. i wish i can give this 0 stars cause 1 star seems generous from my horrible experi... read more
The staff lacks cross-training for different roles and appears unwilling to take on additional responsibilities. This creates challenges during absences due to illness or vacation. Furthermore, there has been no effort to empower employees to handle other tasks within defined boundaries.
I had posted about 4 years ago with 1 star. Now, I am still here and I'm upgrading Legends of Berry to 4 stars! Mgmt and maintenence is great! Jessica is the manager and is very friendly and helpful. Recently I went to her about my door lock not working and thermostat had low battery. She walked back to my bldg and apt to check it out herself and resolved the issues.
