Avoid this place. One of the worst leasing experiences I’ve had. I was promised my deposit within 5–7 days, back if I didn't move forward, but once I was approved and declined, they went back on their word and kept my money. Communication is unprofessional, inconsistent, and misleading. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They have Rat problems in the garage chewing up car fues/wires in the engine, idk if this building is aware of it. Dealership quoted 10,000$ to replace wiring harness on my toyota chewed by rodents. whenever theres no parking in the street (which is always full), the second option is the garage. i'd stay away from parking garage, on top of that the smell you gotta deal with dumpster not getting cleaned and sanitized which attracts the rodents. i wish i can give this 0 stars cause 1 star seems generous from my horrible experi... read more

The staff lacks cross-training for different roles and appears unwilling to take on additional responsibilities. This creates challenges during absences due to illness or vacation. Furthermore, there has been no effort to empower employees to handle other tasks within defined boundaries.
