Totally unprofessional and thugs. They don’t care about people that how hard people are making money now a days for their survival. She charged 3800 CAD for my 2 mortgage loan and at the time of paying off she charged 1900. Their mortgage statement charges are 500 CAD (more than any lawyer) also she takes customer admin fee 550.
