I have been going to Kristine monthly for several years now and I couldn't recommend her enough! As someone who is physically active but works in an office setting, she has saved my back and injuries more times than I can count. Her office space is cozy, quiet, and calming. She has always been great about checking in and establishing one's preferences & comfortability. If you're looking for a personable experience, I would highly suggest giving her practice a try!
