I can’t say enough good things about Joy Bates and CrossCountry Mortgage. We bought our first home in March of 2015. Joy was there every step of the way to make the process as painless as possible. Fast forward to March of 2020; Joy saw how much lower the rates were and called me out of the blue to recommend a refinance.
