This is such a good company that genuinely cares about it's clients and works hard to do right by each and every client. Could not recommend this company to anyone enough.
I can’t say enough good things about Joy Bates and CrossCountry Mortgage. We bought our first home in March of 2015. Joy was there every step of the way to make the process as painless as possible. Fast forward to March of 2020; Joy saw how much lower the rates were and called me out of the blue to recommend a refinance. We were able to go from a 30-year loan to a 15-year loan with only a slightly higher monthly payment.
