This place needs new management. Caremanger is not professional. My mom was sick in Covid, the caremanger said she they will take care of her and give her the proper antibiotics. My mom has been sick for 3 weeks there’s no one that will come and give her anything for her to get better the least they can do is antibiotics. I do not recommend this facility if your loved one needs any real care. My family member was bedridden and needed extra attention that she was not given. My family member fell on her head and has never been the same after, we had to hire our own caregiver to stay with her because of the neglect of care from mangers and some caregivers , whenever I walk and ask the caregivers for some help they sit there and chat and laugh and come after a long while. Legacy at Falcon Point took exceptional care of my mother-in-law during her time there. This place used to be great, 4 years ago it has went down, really pathetic service. the management don’t care and their main concern is $. I’ve met with Richard and Angala a couple times regarding several issues with the place. There were no care for changes, they put my parent in memory care for a better care my parent has been yelling and crying they mental health gotten way worse.
