I have been having a course of laser hair removal with Olivia. Olivia always ask how I’m finding the laser during treatment to make it as comfortable as possible and we always have a good catch up at the same time! ☺️
I visited today as I live local to the clinic and wanted to have a B12 injection as soon as possible. I was booked in on the same day that I made the inquiry. Very good. Thank you.
Receptionist was totally rude I asked her if my letter had arrived, she told me to ring DVLA… I then asked her if I could spell my name maybe the spelling may have been incorrect… (to then realise she hadn’t even bothered checking her system) what’s the point of her even sitting at reception… she then put the phone down on me… I HOPE YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED… I asked to speak to a superior and then all of a sudden the superior isn’t available.
