Receptionist was totally rude I asked her if my letter had arrived, she told me to ring DVLA… I then asked her if I could spell my name maybe the spelling may have been incorrect… (to then realise she hadn’t even bothered checking her system) what’s the point of her even sitting at reception… she then put the phone down on me… I HOPE YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED… I asked to speak to a superior and then all of a sudden the superior isn’t available.
