Do not deal with this company. Bought an automatic focus from them,it took them three weeks to have the car be available to pick up saying that it was to replace parking sensors and five days after having the car warning lights came on for the gearbox . I brought a bmw 116d from this garage and just after the warranty expired I had an issue with the car. I took it to an independent garage who found several longstanding safety issues with the brakes and wheels.. This garage did not contact me back when I emailed them and chose to ignore my request for help. I would never buy a car from here again. Don’t ever sell them your car, absolute jokers. They left my car in my name then I had dept collectors coming to my door for driving fines when I never owned the vehicle. When I called them numerous times they said they would sort it. Months later I found out they never. Then turned around and said it’s my problem now so I must pay the money myself and giving it the big I am. What a bunch of clowns.
Initially service was good but then, after only owning the car for 5 days, the exhaust back box fell off! I was surprised at this as I had asked for a new MOT which had been provided!? After a number of calls and messages and being repeatedly told the sale had been a "trade sale" there is now no response to my messages. Advertising "Warranty on all cars sold" but then not offering anything when someone goes wrong. Not a happy customer. Avoid.
