My experience with Trent Boullianne at the Lee Group was extremely negative. He was rude, condescending, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I were beneath him. For someone working in talent acquisition, his lack of professionalism and basic people skills was shocking. He may be responsible for evaluating talent, but in my experience, respect, communication, and professionalism were seriously lacking. One of the worst professional interactions I have ever had.
Terrible!!! Worked at a warehouse job for a month and got fired for no reason!!!!! Tiffany wouldn't even get back with me and at least tell me the reason. No communication
