The ceo of the company is a big liar. He will get your money and lie to you and will not inform you until the second class when its too late to drop the class to get refunded.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE CHUMPS! I called them to schedule a certification test and all was fine until I mentioned that my school was paying for the test and the $25 proctoring fee with a voucher. The guy insisted that the proctoring fee was to paid in cash so I said I would ask my school how to handle it.
