I called The Leak Professionals to ask if they offered 24/7 emergency service. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with a rude and sarcastic tone. He pointed out it was "past 10pm" in a dismissive manner, told me to call back on Monday, and abruptly hung up before I could even reply. This is not the way to treat customers, especially in urgent situations. I cannot recommend Martin and George highly enough! With all the heavy rains over the last few weeks water was coming from under the floor of my garage at a great rate. I paid a plumber a large sum to diagnose the problem , he wrote a report but then didn't want the job! Martin handled my inquiry and anxiety calmly, was on the property within hours and diagnosed the problems. I live in the south-eastern suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne, but when I enquired about an investigation and quote for repairs for a leak in one of our windows, Martin replied with 'sorry too far' despite advertising on the website that he services buildings across metropolitan Melbourne.

I would highly recommend Martin and his team. We have been struggling to properly assess and rectify leaking balconies for many years. Martin did a very thorough site inspection and gave a very reasonable first impression of what needed to be done. He communicated very well when additional work was needed to be done. He identified and rectified all our water issues. Thank you!

A massive thank you to Martin and Cale for fixing our leak in our theatre room from the upstairs deck. We had three supposed experts in before them and not one of them was even close. Martin took his time and nailed it first time, I just wish I found him earlier. Thanks again.
