Robert is the best. He saved me from wasting lots of money. I was told by a prior leak detection company that I had a slab leak and needed my floors to be removed. Robert found the leak outside of the home and it was no where close to a slab leak. He is very responsive and great at what he does. I recommend him highly before any other leak detection company.

Worst plumbing experience ever. We have a sewer leak somewhere and they came out to do their sleuth work to determine where it was. After two hours and $400 later, and a GIANT hole cut in our cabinet and wall, with nothing put in its place to cover it back up, we have ZERO answers and the smell is drastically worse. Robert just left and said, “well, I’m not sure where it is.” He told us to call someone to start dismantling our foundation so that they could cut some pipe and get a camera down it more easily. My husband and I are first time homeowners and called the Leak Detective to conduct our backflow preventer test. The first company we called said they needed to replace the entire thing but Robert was able to repair it saving us hundreds. He and Tracy were very easy to work with and plan to use them in the future!
