At the Van Open tennis tournament, you are charging $25 for a pre made steak wrap from the fridge and a hidden $3.75 service charge for counter cafeteria service. Imagine my shock at paying $30 for a cold wrap. Price gauging much? This service charge was hidden and not shown on the menu. Your staff did not tell people about this fee until I inquired. Horrible and unethical.
We love The Lazy Gourmet! You have the best cheesecake ever! And those lemon squares are soooo lemony and sweet. Recently we enjoyed the picnic dinner you provided to the Bard on the Beach: turkey croissant, fresh veggies with hummus and a chocolate chip cookie for desert. 😃 The dinner inspired me to visit your shop. Sadly, no take out counter any more. 😞 Will you ever bring it back? Special thanks to Jennifer for showing me around and suggesting a cafe close by. Looking forward to our next Lazy Gourmet catered event. 😃

2026.07.05 Expensive five dollar Ginger Molasses Cookie, but it is high quality, very tasty. Sweetness is slighty heavy handed over the flavor. Cannot read the name of your business from your cookie label, deducted your name from the sponsors of Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival. The Ginger Molasses scent is very pleasant.
