Found the reception staff rude and unhelpful. They told me I could pick my mother up from her surgery at a certain time. However when I got there I was told your reception had given me the wrong information. If they don't know the right information please don't give the incorrect information. Make the process easier rather than expect an 83 year old to complete forms on line.

I underwent breast surgery with this surgeon 17/05/2022, costing me $21,735, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
