Worst spa experience ever and I visit spas all over the world. They have no clue what they’re doing and they bait and switch you. I scheduled a cryofacial which I’ve had many of in San Francisco California and wanted to take my girlfriend to experience one as I love Cryofacials. I booked s the 20 min Cryofacial and then received 5 mins of actual cryotherapy then the therapist proceeded to Jade roll my face for the rest of the ending with rubbing oil on my face. Had a 90-minute massage at The Laya Center, LLC today, and I can easily say that it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. Dee was really wonderful and I was sad to hear that today was her last day, but I still already re-booked my next massage appointment there. I was excited to find a cryotherapy spot and it’s a bonus they are a local, black owned business! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was fantastic and the CryoSauna therapy was just what I needed. Already booked my next appointment! Cant wait to go back.

I just love going to the Laya Center! The staff is so professional and welcoming! The decor is so peaceful! Angelia Watkins is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to and her energy is everything! Highly recommended!!
A friend and I went to the Laya Center a couple weeks ago and had a Yoni steam. It was one of the most spiritually gratifying experiences I’ve ever had. In that hour, we shared deep and intimate thoughts and feelings with each other. We bonded in the space of our divine femininity. There were moments where I felt waves of ecstasy come over me. If you are a woman and on a spiritual path or Journey, the Laya Center for a Yoni steam is such a valuable destination to visit for a while. Truly divine!

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve done the cryotherapy and it did wonders for me. The holistic products offered also work very well! Try the tea! The staff is very sweet, the ambience is extremely relaxing, and the prices are very fair. Looking forward to going back to try more services!
Turns out that gift cards expire here. Very disappointed in how this was handled as was just told, we no longer accept these gift cards after I have referred people here as well as visited multiple times. I will no longer be visiting here. I am just out those funds. Disappointed is all I can say.
