They do a great job. Always pleasant to deal wth. Very happy to help you with whatever you need.
I’ve always found the Lawnsmith to provide excellent service and they are responsive to comments and questions.
I give them high marks for their snow removal service. Always arrive in the time frame we selected. Mowing service likewise as they are here everyweek and provide advance e-mail when coming.
This company does everything right to please it's customer.
I am sorry to hear that there are so many people that are disappointed with LawnSmith. They’re trying to blame the damage on too high of grass. THATS ridiculous! THIS LOOKS LIKE OPERATOR error. If anything else, they need to repair the damage to keep their customer ratings higher. In my experience, this is due to either the Trimmer was used at too high of speed along with the trim string was too heavy. Companies do this to save money on the trim string. In the end, they are losing business just because of their poor ratings.... read more
