I picked up my pressure washer after having it tuned up and my bank card fell out of my wallet. Some honest person turned it in and Bailey called me right away to let me know they had it. I live quite a distance from the shop and was stressed not knowing when I would be able to get back to get my card. A young man who works there apparently lives near me and he brought me my card that same night. I thought customer service was a thing of the past but at the Lawnmower Hospital they really do go above and beyond! Thank you!!

Been there twice first customer service rep was nice the 2nd time was a bit rude . Honestly it’s not that hard to be polite and respectful with customer . Anyhow since I have 2 zero mower I’ll be still giving that business but dealing with the first guy .

Bought a used craftsman lawn tractor not happy the front wheel fell off.It was missing a bushing hence no grease overheated broke the clip holding on the wheel.It was always wobbly but thought nothing of it because went through a inspection before sale to check its safety.How wrong I was. Still have a weeks warranty but don't trust its value seeing I got no reassurance of this not happening again or a explanation. Really sad been using this company for 17 years just lost my trust.
