I'm a senior citizen and a newcomer to chain saw chain replacement. I had a brand new chain and didn't know how to install it. I brought them both in expecting to drop them off. The desk assistant gave me a quick lesson as he quickly installed the new chain. I was most thankful and impressed. A big THANKYOU to Lawnmower staff and their quality assistance!
Good service and very organized. Had my mower in for warranty work and it all went well. Took a bit of time to get parts, but that wasn't their fault.
Great customer service and knowledge about the products. I was greeted promptly and asked about my interests/ needs, and they were able to take care of that quickly and efficiently. Was excited to buy a new Husqvarna blower, and they made that experience great. I feel taken care of that they will do the work for registering warranty and keeping all of the necessary paperwork. Definitely will be a returning customer.
