Booked my lawnmower for its 1st service on 02/05 no one turned up to collect i called up and received an apology so i give the benefit of the doubt so we re scheduled for the 21/05 and was assured by the lady on the phone that it would be collected and put on priority for a quick turn around and no one collected,called or anything terrible customer service waited all month for nothing ! Had a problem with a lawnmower battery that wouldn’t charge. Liam knew what the problem was immediately. Used two wires to “jump lead” it back to life. Fully charged at home now. Great after sales service and knowledge.
