Jeremy is always on top of it, taking care of my parking lot and yard when it needs it. He’s a hard worker and makes sure his customers are taken care of! Thank you for all the great work you do! Highly recommend to everyone!
My snowblower died after the biggest storm we’ve had in 4 years. I know how busy Jeremy is (especially with people he has contracts with), but all I had to do was message him and within 5 mins he let me know he’d get me on the list and reassured me he’d have the driveway done before I leave for work in the morning. That’s customer service folks. I’ve always referred my clients to Jeremy in the past for their lawncare needs, and I can tell you that will always be the case. Thanks for getting me out of a jam, lawn ranger!
Absolutely ridiculous how he has you sign a year contract for services you only use five months out of the year. My in laws have stopped using him, but he is still charging them every month! He also likes to argue with clients that pay him on how they want their lawn done. With the prices he charges, he should be doing exactly what the customer wants. Prices he charges are not on par for the work he actually does.
The Lawn Ranger did an amazing job repairing my lawnmower! He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure that he had diagnosed and repaired the problem completely. He even picked up my mower and delivered it back once the repair was done. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing lawnmower repairs.
When I needed someone to take over mowing for my grandfather he stepped in quickly and did the job perfectly! 👌 Highly recommend for quality lawn care.
