I attempted to use him for a closing attorney after being referred to him from legal shield and he lost a deal for me. i shared that we were pursuing VA financing in which we would not secure the closing date however we had obtained FHA and were in underwriting. I asked him to inquire with the seller's attorney if the closing date could be extended and when the seller would not, he told them that we would not be able to secure financing by the close date and released the contract.
