They were not sympathetic to our case. I suppose the lady we were speaking to was a paralegal and was taking information to give to the lawyers to decide whether to pursue a case. Our situation dealt with the death of a loved one. So much information that we asked if we could email, or fax them the information. In the end, she said she would recommend the Bar Association and hung up on us. Very rude, and disturbing. I regretfully DO NOT recommend them.
