I WAS ATTACKED ON THE FREEWAY BY ANOTHER CAR, MY CAR WENT OFF THE ROAD AND FLIPPED OVER TWICE. THERE WERE EYEWITNESSES WITH OBVIOUS LIABILITY. MISNY DID NOT TAKE THE CASE AND SENT ME TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY WHO WAS INCOMPETANT AND A LIAR. HE WAS ALSO UNQUALIFIED TO EXECUTE THE CASE. HE LATER RECUSED HIMSELF, SO I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY. THERE WERE NO OFFERS FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS RESULTING IN MORE PAIN AND SUFFERING. MISNY MAKES THEM PAY ONLY IT IS NOT ALWAYS THE GUILTY PARTY. IT WAS A MISTAKE GOING TO MISNY

I called due to what happened at the hospital and was turned down due to neck surgery that was not done properly. We thought that it was just a fusion and he took everything out and put metal in. We didn’t find out until the first visit. Titanium was used. We asked to have the back repaired first and he said this should take care of it. When my husband fell down the stairs, the hospital barely examined him. A small leg bruise turned into a 4x5 inch open wound. After many months of care at a wound center, the wound finally healed from the inside out. I called atty Misny and I emailed him pictures that were taken in the ER and throughout the healing process. my daughter was hit by a drunk driver. car totaled, and hospitalized. took forever to settle the case, and she got barely a dime. DO NOT GO HERE
