Unfortunately a scammer. He agreed to take my case a year ago, made me keep waiting to file and then decided to retire. I told him he needed to refer out my case first and he hasn't. He then followed up by claiming he was now "declining to represent" me, so I'm not sure if he's actually retiring or is just this incompetent, but either way, steer clear of this completely useless "attorney".
