I do not recommend hiring Tom McCullough. Although he started with confident assurances, he repeatedly fell short when it came to following through. He will charge for work not done, and you will face several avoidable expenses. Throughout our interactions, his conduct was highly unprofessional. If you choose to work with him, I suggest extreme caution and keeping a close eye on the details to protect your interests.
I gave him $800 for an hr and was working for the other $200 for my trust/ inheritance and he never send me the proof so I can get my house back

I've had the misfortune of being recommended this lawyer for use in a probate case. Throughout my entire time being in contact with this horrendous individual I can honestly say there is no positive experience whatsoever. (This is all during 2022-2023) TLDR: - This man will overcharge you for anything he can. - His legal skills are the same as anyone else - As a person he is rude and antagonistic - In my case, he has regularly never told me any details, even when asked.
