Tad Nelson is a horrible lawyer! Never hire him for drug charges... he never stays in contact with the client, he’s hard to get a hold of, and he doesn’t genuinely care about his clients. Great criminal attorney! I've hired Tad a couple of times over the past 15 years. Very reliable with a great team around him. I've referred plenty of people to his office, who have all thanked me for the referral because of the great job he did on their cases. I would definitely recommend him and his legal guidance to anyone regarding a criminal matter!
Tad and Amber did a great job representing a family member in a very difficult case. We were very pleased and the outcome was as good as could be expected. We will refer others to this firm.

This is a five star dream team in criminal defense. They really are super lawyers thru there ability show the level of education, there background, and experience in the courtroom.
Due to my DWI history when I was younger, I paid a dear price for my last DWI. The fact that I was on parole for a previous DWI, I was held in the county jail until I was found NOT GUILTY by a jury. Fortunately, I was blessed with representation from Tad Nelson. He never approached me with let’s make a deal. He saw there were problems with the arrest and he knew that he had his work cut out for him.
