BEWARE!! THEY LIE!! I was told by Karen (a lawyer in the syracuse office) that she would take my case if I provided 2 pieces of information. When I contacted her office with the necessary information, I was given an attitude by the receptionist. Instead of Karen being professional and contacting me, I was sent a generic denial letter. Not only was I LIED TO, but the way the receptionists treat clients is even worse! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRING A PROFESSIONAL NOT STEVEN OR KAREN!
