Horrible Experience with Sean Clyatt and Carmen Lima. The firm pretends to represent you and help you based on your first calls and sign up with them but after they begin ignoring calls, lying on the phone, doing things without permission including demands, communications, and more. I can't say enough good things about Stefanie and everything she did for me on my case. My keys was not an easy one, and there were a lot of questions about whether my injuries were related to the accident. Stefanie and Hilda never gave up on it. Stefanie spent a lot of time going through my medical records, doing research, and making sure the insurance company understood what I have been through.
