pece Rosario, is sorry ass piece of attorney, a bully dog mentality in the court room that just don't work.I am very bitter with what this attorney have took me through and that I have cross her path. now she has moved on to the next client, don't hire her, hire someone with some common sense. Her son will probably be a better attorney some day.

CNA Would never recommend her to anyone. Horrible money hungry attorney. If she sees potential to make money, drags out your case unnecessarily to get as much money out you as she possibly can. Contantly rags on and on about her fees as she constantly runs up your bill. Half ass works on your case, while constantly complaining that certain Judges don't like her and she can't get her fees paid. Gouges her clients for as much money as she can and does little to get any type of settlement. She is a poor excuse for an attorney.

Terrible attorney – I have never been represented by this woman, but everyone I know that has hired her says she is extremely rude and condescending. She will drag your case out and just to pump up the bill. She does have experience but so do hundreds of other attorneys. I have never heard a positive thing about Ms. Billingsley and would never hire her for myself or recommend her to anyone I know.

Terrible Attorney – Doesn't return phone calls in a timely fashion. Verbally abusive and is not a good mediator. Also her retainer fee is high for the services she doesnt perform.

avoid – absent for long stretches of time . . . things just don't get done . . . communication is most often lacking . . .tracking her down is tiresome!
