I come from church with a notice to vacate from this law firm & it has "GENERAL INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE REGARDING EVICTION ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS". I contact my property manager who states, the notice is for renovations only. He does not not know why they would mention evictions. Richard is one of the most ruthless and cold litigators that you can come across (in my opinion). Look at the types of law he practices—ALL EXTREMELY contentious—collections, child custody, landlord tenant—anyone who has had to deal with him knows this to be true. For the big money and not the little guy. No one gets a break with this guy unless he can take everything but your soul! Just saying...in my opinion
