Richard Kinkade is an absolute joke of an attorney. Any sleazy attorney that advertises by blasting a foreclosure sale date on the front of a mailer doesn’t deserve anyone’s business because he clearly doesn’t care about protecting other people’s right to privacy. The worst part about the mailer is his claim of “only paying $313 to file - why pay more?” — $313 is the actual cost to the court to file a bankruptcy — you will be charged at least $2k-$3k more by Richard Kinkade, so don’t let his BS false advertisements fool you.... read more
Marketing material is blatant, which is an immediate turnoff. Perhaps you should revisit your strategy and consult a professional.
I would never choose to work with a company that places such sensitive information so clearly on the front of an envelope. If my children were to collect the mail, an adult matter would be unnecessarily placed in front of them. This feels like an insensitive and tasteless attempt to solicit business.
I want to share that this is a great attorney. I am so confident that I made a great decision going with Mr.Kncade. He is very down to earth and honestly very transparent. I am very blessed that I chose him.
If you want to be treated like shit and talked down to please come to this office. He is insufferable. His secretary had to interject and talk for him because he was throwing a temper tantrum. I am so glad I did not go forward with working with him. He knows nothing about the law insisting I have to have a physical ss card to get "anything" done in "this country" LOL. It is literally not even a federal law requirement to have a physical card to apply for what I asked for as long as my ssn can be verified using other document... read more
