If you want to be treated like shit and talked down to please come to this office. He is insufferable. His secretary had to interject and talk for him because he was throwing a temper tantrum. I am so glad I did not go forward with working with him. He knows nothing about the law insisting I have to have a physical ss card to get "anything" done in "this country" LOL. Richard is a great guy. He helped my father with CH13 bankruptcy and helped him keep the home. He also kept it real with me in regards to what I should do and didn't take my money to make a buck off me when he knew it wouldn't be in my best interest. You won't find bad reviews because of how he handles his cases. Only bad reviews are from people that are sensitive and don't like to hear the truth.
