Randy Smith, his partners and staff have helped us out with multiple issues with our business as well as making sure we were covered with all aspects of our personal life. He helps us understand that we need to remove all personal feelings about how we want to handle a specific situation with what is right for the situation. He can be, but is not a yessir attorney. His knowledge and diversity makes him a top attorney. We’ll use him for all our needs.

4/11/23, 1:54pm PST: I wanted to inquire about their services, but I lost my voice and it is difficult and painful to talk. I called and briefly explained my inability to talk, and asked if I could send an email. The lady who answered refused to give me an email address. What the hell?? They might be fine attorneys, but they suck at customer service, and new client relations. Edit: Maybe she was new, or having a bad day. I hope they can provide email addresses in the future, it's a great way to communicate!
Went for free consultation. Randy agreed to do legal work for my family estate. We paid him about 300 dollars up-front. We waited 8 or 9 months with no response from his office whatsoever. I then contacted the office and they said no work had been done on any part of our estate project. I requested termination of service and wanted the files back. I went by to pick the files up and Randy kept my mother's money. Scamming money from a widow...Scum.
