Peter Ngo was not helpful whatsoever. He took on our case and things ended up taking much longer due to his lack of response. He told us multiple times he would get us information we needed and never did. So we would wait for him and then eventually just talk to the insurance ourselves. He completely stopped responding despite stating he would find out more information for us.
