First time I went in, during walk in hours, Pat Harris told me that nobody was there except for her. The second time I went in, Pat was extremely rude and condescending towards me and made me wait in a separate lobby from their lobby. I overheard her talking to one of the attorneys and she was poking fun at me. Then I went in to see Mr. Mueller. This was even more of a nightmare. Wouldn’t rely on them. I tried to go in for a walk-in appointment, during the posted times, and there was nobody but reception there. She said that were are no attorneys available at the time. I can’t imagine having walk in hours and you not being available at all…
They never follow thru when asked to visit clients in person while incarcerated. They laugh about their clients in court with the probation officer too!! They don't care about the people they are SUPPOSED to help! If I could give a negative star I would! VERY unprofessional.
