Mike Kalil made a very difficult adoption process as smooth as possible. He was a great communicator and always kept the children's and our needs at the forefront. He is a caring and empathetic listener. He has a wealth of experience which is priceless in such a process. He prepared us well for the case and in a situation where everything felt out of our control, made sure we had the information we needed. I would gladly recommend his services to everyone.
