If I could give no stars I would, I have been in and out of the hospital due to medical reasons, and I’ve been of work for awhile and about to loose my house since I’ve been off work, and they call me and tell me they are going to be taking me to court! I plan on paying it but I just need to get some time to get some money flow back in. And the $10 transaction fee is absolutely bullshit!
What a pos office, my work said I can make payment with" whatever amount I can afford" but when setting up a plan only 1 option was avaiable and no other choises 50$ + 10$ fee that's an extra 100$ in total, in fees, for what ? It's automated and im paying 10$ extra for a computer to process my payment, there website is a mess also, entering my case info and getting "no case was found" soooooo ..... but if I didn't pay they'd fix that right ?
Took advantage of my mentally disabled son saying he was stealing over $200 worth of food at his job when in fact his coworkers had asked him to cook it and told him they had already paid. Instead of having his legal guardian present the questioned him ALONE and terrified him as well as bullied him into signing a repayment document AFTER the manager told him he had disabilities and needed his guardian present.
